fees at the school.
Income Eligibility Criteria
A family’s gross revenue has to drop below the caps to be eligible for a Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options.
Family members are anybody who permanently lives at the home.
Preference will be granted to learners whose family earnings are exactly at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Line.
Or $51,337.50 or less than for a family of four.
The below learners don’t have to satisfy the home income conditions:

- Taking any other academic scholarship under Chapter 1002, Florida Statutes

- Falsifying or withholding data on the scholarship application
- Registering the applicant in a private school that is not qualified to partake in the scholarship
- Failure to frequently go the private school
- Failure of the parent to consent quarterly scholarship payments.
- Failure of the learner to take a needed nationally test or the statewide examination.
- Moving out of Florida
- Giving back to a public school or using another statewide scholarship.
